A short-term rentals refers to furnished properties that are rented on day to day bases and are listed on platforms like Airbnb and HomeAway. Booking duration can vary from one day to couple of months.
Long term rentals are properties rented for at least 1 year commitment, can be furnished or without any furniture and they typically require a standard residential lease agreement.
Yes, the agreement will outline all the agreed services you will receive from 6ix Key. Although we do not impose a long-term commitment, we do ask all our clients to provide a 30 days courtesy notice.
We have a team of interior designers who can furnish your property in a timely manner within the allocated budget.
At the end of each month we send out a direct deposit to your bank account along with a monthly invoice report which includes all payments and expenses incurred for the month.
